Is there any cost?
None. The starter plan is free, and nothing is for sale. The Cook Nests doesn't offer paid classes, meal kits or subscriptions. The website may display ads to help cover costs.
What will you do with my details?
We'll use them only to prepare and send your plan and to reply if you have questions. We don't sell or share your information, add you to marketing lists or use it for advertising. Requests are deleted within 12 months, or sooner on request. See our Privacy Statement.
Is this personalized dietary advice?
No. The plan offers general dinner suggestions using our published recipes. For medical diets or nutrition advice, please consult your doctor or a registered dietitian. See our disclaimers.
